Implementome is a digital health knowledge platform launched in 2022 by the geneva digital health hub (gdhub). It addresses key challenges in digital health transformation by leveraging the concept of “Implementomics”—the ability to capture, organize, and utilize multidimensional knowledge related to implementation issues.
Our mission and main features
Implementome provides global insights on digital health implementations, fostering evidence-based decision-making and collaboration. We achieve this through:
Diverse data sources
Access data from network contributions, mappings, and existing repositories.
Network of digital health projects
Engage with a community focused on evidence-based practices and regular data updates, enriching the collective knowledge base.
Advanced technology
Leverage AI models and ontologies to structure and enrich data, with continuous improvements driven by user insights and platform data.
Digital Health Atlas
The Digital Health Atlas, hosted on Implementome and originally developed by the World Health Organization, is a global repository of digital health projects. In collaboration with the gdhub, the enhanced platform offers improved data management and deeper insights into real-world digital health implementations. New features, including an AI assistant (coming soon) and an updated interface, make it easier to contribute and maintain project data, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the digital health community.
Designed for diverse users
Implementome is specifically designed to support the work of implementers, decision-makers, actors from the public and private sectors, and academia involved in delivering innovative digital health interventions. Our goal is to enable digital health transformation for better and sustainable impact on population health.
Recent enhancements
In 2024, Implementome underwent a significant technical transformation and redesign to optimize user experience. These updates facilitate network engagement in collectively updating data, ensuring high quality and relevance for the digital health community.
